You have full control over the data RapidScal stores about you, including data obtained from connected advertising platforms such as Meta, TikTok, NewsBreak, and Google. This page explains how to delete it.
To delete data associated with a single connected ad account while keeping your RapidScal account:
Disconnecting immediately stops all data syncing for that account and revokes RapidScal's API access. All stored data associated with that connection (campaign structures, metrics, and creative metadata) is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
This permanently deletes your profile, workspace data, and all data obtained from connected platforms within 30 days. Limited records (such as invoices) may be retained where required for legal, billing, or security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access your account, or you want to request deletion of specific data, email us at privacy@rapidscal.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include:
We will verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
You can also revoke RapidScal's API access directly from each platform:
Revoking access from the platform side stops all future data access. To also delete the data already stored in RapidScal, use one of the options above — or simply email us and we'll handle it.
If you have any questions about data deletion, contact privacy@rapidscal.com. We're happy to help.
